Cellulant, a Pan-African financial technology company, was moving its services to a public cloud when it hit a major obstacle. Customers in multiple countries had data residency, regulatory, and data sovereignty concerns that halted the company from migration, leading Cellulant to reconsider who it could partner with and which technology would help overcome these challenges.
